Question 1

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

You tell us your story, share your photos and choose a song style. We create your characters, write and produce your original song, and build your animated film. A person reviews every film before it is sent, then we send your private premiere page.

Question 2

How is my film and song made?

Accepted Answer

Your film and song are created with modern creative technology, including generative tools, from your story and photos. A person reviews every film before it is sent. Characters are an animated-style likeness inspired by your photos.

Question 3

What do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every package is delivered on a private premiere page you can share. First Kiss: your vertical animated film (MP4) and original song (MP3). Evermore: your vertical animated film (MP4) and original song (MP3), plus a movie poster and four captioned keepsake cards. Timeless: your vertical animated film (MP4) and original song (MP3), plus a movie poster and four captioned keepsake cards.

Question 4

Can I see my characters before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload one clear photo of each of you (up to 3) to see your characters free. Add your email and we will show you an animated-style character for each person. If you love them, they carry straight into your order so nothing is made twice.

Question 5

Which photos work best?

Accepted Answer

Upload 5 to 15 photos, including at least one clear photo of each of you on your own. Choose photos where faces are easy to see, in a mix of close-ups and full-body shots, in good light. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and tiny faces in big group shots.

Question 6

What if I do not have many photos together?

Accepted Answer

That is fine. Separate photos of each of you work, and your story fills in the rest.

Question 7

What should I write in my story?

Accepted Answer

Names, how you met, a few moments that mattered, and places or little details only you two know. Small specifics make the song and scenes feel like yours.

Question 8

Can I make one as a gift, for parents, or for a wedding or proposal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us the occasion, and we tailor the tone.

Question 9

Do the characters look exactly like us?

Accepted Answer

They are animated-style versions inspired by your photos, so they are a stylised likeness, not a photograph. That is why we show your characters free before you pay.

Question 10

What does the song sound like?

Accepted Answer

You choose the genre and mood, and we weave in your names, places and words that matter to you. Every song is original and written for your story.

Question 11

Can I choose the style or add words I want in it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a style and tone, and add names, places or phrases to include. We cannot guarantee exact wording or pronunciation of every word, so please check the spelling of names when you order.

Question 12

Can I ask for changes?

Accepted Answer

Every order includes one free change after you see your film, for example a scene, a caption or the song's wording. Tell us what to fix and we will update it once.

Question 13

What if you make a mistake, like a misspelled name?

Accepted Answer

We fix it for free, and it does not use your change. If something looks wrong, use "Report a mistake" on your premiere page or reply to any of our emails.

Question 14

What if I want more than one change?

Accepted Answer

Additional changes are not included. Reply to your delivery email if you would like to talk about options.

Question 15

Is my page private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your premiere page lives at a private, unguessable link that only you share. We do not list it publicly.

Question 16

What happens to my photos?

Accepted Answer

We use them only to make your order. They are deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you ask. Email support@luxara.global any time to request deletion. Preview photos are deleted after 30 days.

Question 17

Do you use my photos to train models?

Accepted Answer

We do not use your photos to train models.

Question 18

Will you show my film publicly?

Accepted Answer

Only with your explicit permission, which we ask for separately and you can say no to.

Question 19

Can I share the film on Instagram or TikTok?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The film is vertical, made for phones and made to share.

Question 20

Can I post it or give it to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for personal, non-commercial sharing.

Question 21

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Securely by card at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Question 22

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the link in your confirmation email, or the "Track your order" box on our home page.

Question 23

What if my link or email does not arrive?

Accepted Answer

Check spam first, then email support@luxara.global with the name on your order and we will resend it.

Question 24

Who do I contact?

Accepted Answer

Email support@luxara.global.
