What you're buying

A custom digital product made from the photos and story you provide: an animated 3D movie style film, an original song, a movie poster and keepsake cards, as described in your package.

Expected delivery: [DELIVERY TIME]. Delivery is by a private link sent to your email.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo and detail you upload, and that everyone shown has agreed. Do not upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian's consent.

Your photos and story text are processed by third-party generative tools to create your order. Order photos are deleted 90 days after delivery and preview photos after 30 days, or sooner if you ask.

You keep the rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to use them only to make your order.

Your film

You may keep, download and share your film for personal, non-commercial use. Your characters are a stylized likeness and will not be a perfect match.

We may refuse or stop an order that includes unlawful, hateful or explicit content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Changes and refunds

Every order includes one free change after you see your film. If we make a mistake, like a misspelled name, we fix it for free and it doesn't use your change.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Marquee Hearts's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
