Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email, the names and story details you give us, the photos you upload, and payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never see your full card number).

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, send emails about it, and provide support.

Your photos and story text are processed by third-party generative tools to create your order. We do not use your photos or story to train models. Order photos are deleted 90 days after delivery and preview photos after 30 days, or sooner if you ask.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos are deleted 90 days after delivery (free preview photos sooner). Your finished film stays available through your private link.

You can ask us to delete your photos or your whole order at any time by emailing support@luxara.global.

Samples

We only show your film or images on our site if you separately opted in, and we can remove them whenever you ask.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run our service (hosting, payments, email and the creative tools that make your film), and when the law requires it. We don't sell your data.
